Service Regulations

To fully enjoy our programs and services, pets must be over 5 months old and fully vaccinated. We only accept healthy pets to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests.

Pet Hotel

Arrival Procedures:

• Upon arrival, our team will conduct a quick check for fleas, fungus, and your pet’s overall condition (excluding viruses, bacteria, and protozoa).
• Pet owners must present a complete vaccination record; if not provided, an agreement form must be signed.

Information Required:

• Provide detailed information about your pet’s habits, trauma, hereditary diseases, current health conditions, and temperament to facilitate a smooth adaptation.
• Include meal information and any other necessary details for your pet’s stay.
• If your pet requires medication, please provide the prescribed dosage.

Playtime Policy:

• Pawparents that choose all-day play in our playground accept full responsibility for any associated risks. Daycare regulations apply while in the playground.
• Bring preventive medications as some pets may struggle to adapt, potentially affecting their health.
• Pets showing signs of diarrhea or illness will not have access to the playground to prevent spreading illness.

Check-in/Check-out and Meal Time:

• Check-in is available from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM; check-out is at 5:00 PM.
• Late check-out incurs a fee of Rp 10,000 per hour, up to 7:30 PM.
• Meal time is scheduled for 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Room Selection and Special Care:

• Pawparents are advised to choose a comfortable room that allows your pet to move freely while preventing waste contact.
• Our staff will inform you if any issues arise, such as cleanliness or symptoms of concern.
• Special care services are available for an additional charge; a price list will be provided.
• Pet owners may bring wet wipes for minor cleaning assistance.
