Service Regulations
To fully enjoy our programs and services, pets must be over 5 months old and fully vaccinated. We only accept healthy pets to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests.
Grooming and Styling
Arrival Procedures:
- Upon arrival, our team will conduct a quick check for fleas, fungus, and your pet’s overall condition (excluding viruses, bacteria, and protozoa).
- We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if signs of aggression or biting habits are observed in your pet.
Duration
- Grooming sessions typically last approximately 1.5 hours.
- Styling appointments are estimated to take around 3 to 4 hours.
Styling Policy
- Reservations are required a maximum of one day prior to the appointment date.
- Our staff will confirm styling preferences with pawparents to ensure the desired outcome.
